Multiple Attacks: At 6th level the Fighter can take a Standard + Move Action to attack twice. The second attack BAB 5 lower, so +6/+1 at 6th level.
Bravery +2 (Ex): Starting at 2nd level, a fighter gains a +1 bonus on Will saves against fear. This bonus increases by +1 for every four levels beyond 2nd (+2 at 6th, +3 at 10th).

LEVEL 7: +1 BAB +1 Ref +1 Will
Armor Training 2 (Ex): At 7th level, a fighter can move at his normal speed while wearing medium or heavy armor.

LEVEL 8: +1 BAB +1 Fort
BONUS FIGHTER FEAT.

LEVEL 9: +1 BAB +1 Ref +1 Will
Weapon Training 2 (Ex): Starting at 5th level, a fighter can select one group of weapons. Whenever he attacks with a weapon from this group, he gains a +1 bonus on attack and damage rolls. Every four levels thereafter (9th, 13th, and 17th), a fighter becomes further trained in another group of weapons. He gains a +1 bonus on attack and damage rolls when using a weapon from this group. In addition, the bonuses granted by previous weapon groups increase by +1 each. For example, when a fighter reaches 9th level, he receives a +1 bonus on attack and damage rolls with one weapon group and a +2 bonus on attack and damage rolls with the weapon group selected at 5th level. Bonuses granted from overlapping groups do not stack. Take the highest bonus granted for a weapon if it resides in two or more groups.

LEVEL 10: +1 BAB +1 Fort +1 Ref +1 Will
BONUS FIGHTER FEAT.
Bravery +3 (Ex): Starting at 2nd level, a fighter gains a +1 bonus on Will saves against fear. This bonus increases by +1 for every four levels beyond 2nd (+2 at 6th, +3 at 10th).

Rules

"Item creation Feats" http://www.d20pfsrd.c...
Some of these may be available to Wizards & Clerics of 3rd level and higher, although material components are only widely available for the simpler items, eg basic enchanted weapons & armour, or healing potions. Acquiring the components for a flame tongue sword or the dreaded wand of fireballs can be an adventure in itself!

"Critical hits": The confirmation roll is removed.  I'm toning down monster damage a bit where appropriate, to help keep things balanced - eg I'm lowering the default 'mook' orc's STR from 17 (+3) to 15 (+2).
"Attacks of Opportunity" do not exist in the Beginner Box game. Characters may not use missile weapons or ranged (non-touch) spells within 5' of an active enemy. Movement is unaffected.
"Armour Check Penalties" as such do not exist, but you still sink if you try to swim in plate armour, and limber that shield before climbing the wall! Likewise there is no maximum DEX bonus by armour type.
